The Intake Specialist will provide vital support to clients and attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment. If you're detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrive in a client-facing role, this could be your next opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for new clients—welcome them, guide them, and keep them informed throughout the litigation process. Conduct intake calls, gather case details, and enter data into Salesforce. Assist with pre-litigation investigations, draft correspondence, and review medical/legal documents. Manage scheduling, calendars, and ensure case files are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain a responsive and professional rapport with clients. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in a legal, or other professional services, environment, preferably in a client-facing. Experience working with medical records is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Experience with Salesforce or similar case management tools. Tech-savvy with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. All qualified Intake Specialists must successfully pass a background check. Intake Specialist Position Details: Contract role: 8–12 months with potential to convert to direct hire. Location: On-site 5 days per week in Newark, NJ – steps from Newark Penn Station.
