Mobile PhlebotomistJoin our team as a Mobile Phlebotomist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care through efficient specimen collection and transport.What You'll Be DoingObtain blood specimens using varied techniques on all age groupsTransport specimens from field locations to the hospital in a timely mannerValidate and verify specimen identifiers and requisitionsEnter ordered tests into the hospital information system (HIS)Label and disseminate specimens to the appropriate laboratory departmentsRespond to outreach telephone calls and resolve inquiries efficientlyDocument outreach issues for follow-up and ensure seamless communicationMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocolsWhat We Need To SeeHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of phlebotomy experienceValid, clean driver's licenseProficiency in Epic BeakerWays To Stand Out From The CrowdPrevious healthcare experienceCertified Phlebotomy Technician certification from ASPTCPT certification from the National Healthcareer AssociationPhlebotomy certification from the National Center for Competency Testing
