General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technician – Carwash (Temporary Position) The General Maintenance Technician performs light general maintenance and maintains the facility’s grounds. Part Time-Temporary Position Mon, Wed & Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities Clean carwash bays. Pick up and remove trash. Bring in and out towel carts. Complete snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, steps, and doorways as needed during winter months. Empty trash cans. Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities. May run errands as related to maintenance needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Related experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
