We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to oversee a growing roster of innovative healthcare and medical device clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring highly responsive service and strategic brand representation across digital marketing, web, and social media programs.
Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager
- Team Leadership: Lead internal teams—including designers, writers, and digital specialists—to execute brand strategy workshops, lead generation, and video production.
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, schedules, and various digital or print marketing initiatives from start to finish.
- Client Relations: Assess client needs to create effective solutions and provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding account health.
- Mentorship: Collaborate with producers and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements & Skills of an Account Manager
- Experience: At least 3 years of agency experience specifically within healthcare marketing .
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Expertise: Proven ability to manage creative teams, client expectations, and complex digital/creative projects.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills for developing proposals and creative briefs, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Technical Proficiencies: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Mac OSX.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
