Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level accounting professionals to gain hands‑on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and full-cycle accounts payable operations. Responsibilities Process high volumes of invoices accurately and on time Identify and elevate discrepancies, including quantity, pricing, and tax issues Support invoice validation, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities Partner with Supply Chain and Receiving teams to resolve PO‑related issues Build vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiries Utilize technology and automation tools to improve AP efficiency Ensure compliance with fraud prevention and vendor verification procedures Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders Perform other related duties as assigned Target Candidates Entry‑level accounting graduates Accounts Payable Clerks / AP Associates Administrative professionals with invoice processing experience Candidates with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments #J-18808-Ljbffr A great organization!
