What You Will Do

• Develop and execute strategies to convert service department traffic into qualified sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers during service visits to understand needs, preferences, and vehicle replacement timelines.
• Partner closely with service advisors, sales consultants, and management to identify and follow up on leads.
• Track customer engagement, follow-up activity, and conversion results to support performance goals.
• Present vehicle options, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Ensure a smooth handoff between service and sales teams to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Support the creation of campaigns, outreach efforts, and in-dealership initiatives that encourage customer retention and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and use data to improve outreach and conversion effectiveness.
• Uphold company standards for compliance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in automotive retail, service operations, BDC, sales, or customer relationship management.
