We are currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to support our growing dealer network and help expand SAFCO’s presence within the automotive industry. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for SAFCO dealer partners through phone, email, and online communication Present and explain SAFCO’s programs, products, and financing solutions to dealership personnel at all levels Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities Follow up on approvals, counteroffers, pending stipulations, and funding needs in a timely manner Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers in the field to support dealer growth and customer satisfaction Assist dealers with structuring deals within SAFCO guidelines and lending tolerances Provide guidance and training regarding contract documentation and funding requirements Maintain consistent communication regarding promotions, marketing initiatives, and program updates Support overall sales growth and dealer engagement through proactive outreach and relationship management Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and service consistency What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational abilities Comfortable communicating with dealership management and sales professionals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of related experience preferred Automotive industry experience preferred Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills will be considered Why Join SAFCO?
