People & Culture Coordinator

Pay Range: $23.07hr - $28.07hr

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support core HR and People & Culture operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent stakeholder support.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Excel formulas and data manipulation.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Experience with HR data and analytics preferred.
• Experience with HR information systems such as Workday preferred.
• Experience with project management or HR coordination activities preferred.
• Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce preferred.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices preferred.
• Experience with Visio is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle routine inquiries related to People & Culture policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations activities.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, secure meeting rooms, and coordinate event logistics.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and expense reporting activities.
• Assist with People & Culture initiatives including compensation planning, promotions, and annual rewards programs.
• Maintain People & Culture reports, organizational charts, and employee rosters.
• Coordinate and process intern and temporary staffing requests.
• Support personnel data transactions in partnership with Workforce Administration teams.
• Research and prepare HR-related data and reports as needed.
• Support ad-hoc requests and special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality related to sensitive HR and employee information.
• Collaborate consistently with team members and stakeholders.
