What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU for high-risk and critically ill newborns
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Support transportation from regional hospitals, staffing neonatal transports with nurses and respiratory therapists
• Manage care for premature infants and critically ill neonates
• Participate in family-centered care and education
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Valid Florida license and active NC DEA (if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 years NNP experience
• Proficiency in neonatal care and team collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to urgent situations and multi-disciplinary teamwork
