Descripción General:
El/La Representante de Servicio del Centro de Desarrollo de Negocios (BDC, por sus siglas en inglés) tiene la responsabilidad de mejorar la satisfacción del cliente e impulsar las ventas en el concesionario al brindar un servicio y un apoyo excepcional a los clientes. Esta función implica gestionar las comunicaciones entrantes y salientes, ayudar a los clientes con las consultas y facilitar las citas para el servicio y las ventas. Debe trabajar de la mano con el Departamento de Servicios para cumplir con las metas establecidas por el departamento.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de escuela superior mínimo.
- Debe ser organizado/a (estructurado/a).
- Dispuesto a trabajar horas extras y fines de semana.
- Destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita (inglés y español).
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación interpersonales y de reacción.
- Competencia en el uso de software CRM y Microsoft Office.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y gestionar varias tareas simultáneamente.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas con un enfoque orientado al cliente.
