Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university Certificate or license in an appropriate field preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Experience: Minimum of one year experience in administration Minimum of three years area specific experience Major Responsibilities and Duties: Support the coordination of data collection and performance reporting for all TWC Adult Education grants. Manage compliance with the AEL Testing Guide, AEL Performance Guide and applicable AEL and WD letters and other performance requirements. Provide weekly reports to management team on selected program performance metrics. Manage user access, permissions, and terminations to TEAMS system. Ensure that all security requirements have been met before access to TEAMS is granted. Work with program managers and other staff to develop data-based teacher performance evaluation models for program improvement. Work closely with HCDE’s Research and Evaluation team on local program accountability including student satisfaction surveys for program improvement. Provide support in the registration and placement of students in classes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
