Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team! This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am-6pm. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician II:

- Performs routine and emergency repairs such as correcting minor electrical malfunctions, plumbing work, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, appliance repairs, medical equipment, repairing doors and locks, etc...
- Assists in servicing HVAC units/systems.
- Keeps complete and accurate records of repairs of equipment and vehicles.
- Responds to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
- Performs preventative maintenance, assists with snow removal, and is part of a scheduled on-call rotation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical schooling or a minimum of one (1) year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building, construction, or maintenance is required.
- HVAC experience preferred
- Valid IL State driver's license with a good driving record.
- Salary: $24/hour
