Location: St. Johns, FL Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Outpatient Imaging Schedule: Day shift | PRN Benefits Retirement: 403(b) plan Well-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate precise patient schedules for prescribed procedures to maximize clinical resource utilization and respect patient time. Efficiently manage patient registration by gathering and entering accurate demographic, insurance, and clinical data into database systems. Navigate and resolve scheduling conflicts and inquiries regarding procedure types, dates, and locations by leveraging appropriate resources. Facilitate insurance pre-certification and authorization workflows to ensure seamless administrative approvals prior to care. Counsel patients and representatives on pre-service requirements and instructions to prepare them effectively for upcoming procedures. Education & Requirements High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
