This full-time, onsite role encompasses elementary caseloads, delivering services possibly across two school sites for a total of 35 hours a week. As a travel professional, you’ll work alongside seasoned educators and therapists, gaining firsthand knowledge of a variety of best practices and leadership styles that strengthen your experience and expand your resume for future advancement. The role supports both seasoned CCC professionals and Clinical Fellows, with supervision available to CFs (contingent upon district capacity).

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Connecticut SLP license (upfront licensing a plus)
• School-based SLP experience (elementary level strongly preferred)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) highly encouraged
• Open to CFs with supervision available
• Fingerprints and background check required for district clearance
• Must be prepared for onsite work (no SLPAs)
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple school sites, if needed
• Willingness to interview via Zoom

Responsibilities:

• Manage assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for elementary-aged students
• Collaborate and consult with school staff and families
• Maintain clear documentation and evaluate student progress
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs
