Accounting Technician I in Fayetteville, NC Job Summary We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to be the first face to greet clients. Candidates should be able to assist patients and all visitors to the agency by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Duties and Responsibilities Reviewing lab invoices to identify patients with Medicaid Scanning medical records into EHR Verifying insurance Scheduling transportation services Entering patient demographic information Answer phones and patient inquiries General administrative duties Additional assigned duties as needed Requirements and Qualifications Basic Accounting skills required Prior medical office experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent computer skills Attention to detail Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Good communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search #J-18808-Ljbffr
