Data and Research Assistant/Testing Coordinator

Your Role Key responsibilities include: Serving as liaison for Educator Preparation Partners such as Pearson, TEA, and AAQEP. Maintaining various data systems and collecting data sources. Creating data analysis reports including charts, graphs, and reviews. Monitoring student progress. Communicating with and submitting information to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) for accreditation needs including ASEP reporting, accountability reporting, student score reporting, certification program applications, and audit requirements. Assisting with national reporting for accreditations such as AAQEP and SACSCOC, including data compilation and annual report drafting. Communicating and intervening with Pearson and ETS Testing Centers by compiling test data, scheduling exams, assisting with Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL), and managing special testing circumstances. Assisting in administration of state representative examinations during TExES Test Preparation Seminar courses by monitoring test administration, scoring exams, and providing assessment feedback. Supporting full-time and adjunct professors and candidates with systems like Taskstream, 240 Tutoring, Field-based Comprehensive Project, and Blackboard. Assisting Field Supervisors with practicum, internship, and clinical teacher documentation and TEA forms. Communicating with district partners regarding TEA requirements, certifications, accreditations, principal surveys, hiring recommendations, site applications, and grant applications. Performing other duties as required by the College of Education including adapting to changes in testing procedures, legislative requirements, and accreditation standards. About You The company is looking for candidates with: Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required. Teacher Certification. Knowledge and experience with data collection systems. Experience in data collection, desegregation, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Office products. Strong data management skills ensuring accuracy, organization, and integrity. Effective communication and customer service skills. Must be a Christian who holds Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and accepts the Old and New Testaments as sacred Scriptures. Willingness to follow University policies supporting its Christian mission and Code of Conduct. Work Schedule and Location Full-time position with regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
