Location: Danbury, CT | Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 base + Bonus

The Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume casual dining group operating 56 locations across the region is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven hospitality professional to take ownership of daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and contribute to a culture built on service excellence and genuine guest connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of department managers and front-line staff
• Drive revenue growth through the implementation of strategic operational initiatives
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality
• Uphold company values, acting with integrity and a true sense of ownership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing team members
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
