Business Office Manager (BOM)

We need accuracy, ethics, and calm control—no financial chaos.

Revenue Accountability: Own AR follow-up and collections with a “leave no dollar behind” mindset. We pursue every appropriate payer/resident balance until resolved—documented, timely, and compliant.

Cash Discipline: Maintain clean, current AR through daily follow-up, accurate billing support, and aggressive but compliant collections. Every dollar is either collected, appealed, or resolved through an approved process—fully documented.

Treat facility receivables like it’s your own business. If it’s collectible, we collect it. If it’s not, we prove it—then resolve it through policy.

You will:

• Manage billing support, trust accounts, collections coordination, and audits

• Ensure resident financial processes are compliant and clear

• Partner with admissions and leadership for clean payer workflows

Success looks like:

• Clean records, minimal errors, families informed, processes followed

Must-haves:

• SNF business office experience preferred

• High attention to detail + confidentiality

• Strong communication and follow-up
