Work Environment\n

This remote position allows clinicians to maintain a flexible work schedule, with options for both full-time and part-time involvement. Clinicians in our team enjoy the autonomy to set manageable caseloads, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All services are provided via telehealth, promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere in which consultations and team meetings can occur either online or in person, enhancing professional camaraderie and shared learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Ensure all clinical services are delivered under the supervision of licensed professionals, providing appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques, coordinate care, and determine the urgency of therapeutic actions to optimize client outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to document sessions, create treatment plans, and maintain detailed progress notes.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic treatment planning and integration of care with physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring all therapeutic practices align with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse clientele, addressing mental health and dual diagnosis disorders across various age groups and backgrounds. Clinicians will engage with clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use. Through our telehealth services, we aim to reach individuals who may face barriers accessing traditional in-person therapy, thus expanding our impact in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
