We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping create a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Manage patient charts, treatment plans, and correspondence
Collect payments and review financial arrangements
Confirm appointments and maintain schedule flow
Assist with insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Support the clinical team with daily office coordination
Qualifications
Previous dental front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Experience with dental software such as Open Dental but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Spanish speaking a plus
