DESCRIPTION:

U.S. Paverscape, Inc., a custom concrete product manufacturer, headquartered in Stuart, FL, is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative within the Sanford, FL Showroom. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must be self-motivated and have experience in customer relations. Excellent at prioritizing assignments and highly organized. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to professionalism are a must. This is full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p and Saturdays from 10a-2p.

·         Greet and assist all customers entering the Sanford showroom in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

·         Determine customer needs and guide them through available paver products, colors, styles, sizes, patterns, applications, and options.

·         Educate customers on products and help them select materials appropriate for their project.

·         Provide pricing, prepare quotes, and assist customers throughout the sales and ordering process.

·         Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to help convert opportunities into sales.

·         Coordinate delivery and/or pick up of customer orders with operations teams

·         Maintain strong knowledge of current products, pricing, inventory, promotions, and company policies.

·         Provide samples, literature, and other product information as needed.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and customer-ready showroom.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer base as well as garnering new business through market research and

·         Quickly and smoothly resolve customer complaints and problems

·         Responsible for setup and maintenance of showroom displays

·         Perform other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

·     Building products sales experience is a plus but not mandatory

·     Strong customer relations background

·     Ability to juggle relationships with multiple customers, maintain their accounts as well as grow the business we do with each of them

·     Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as multi-task in a fast paced environment.

·     Highly organized and goal oriented.

·     Excellent communication skills.

·     Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as Quickbooks.

·     Aptitude to quickly learn new skills.

·     Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
