Job Title: Online Sales Consultant | Tiny and Single-Family Homes

Market: Florida | Inside Sales

Calling all tiny home fanatics who know how to turn online leads into qualified appointments!

Best Made LLC Dba (Florida Made Tiny Homes) is growing, and we are adding an Online Sales Consultant to help us bring our innovative tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and space-saving single-family homes to more homeowners across Florida.

At Florida Made Tiny Homes, we are not just building homes. We are creating innovative, space-saving solutions for families creating homes for aging parents or adult children, investors building rental income, homeowners who need more space, and right-sizers looking for a simpler way to live.

We are not a modular or prefab builder. Every home we sell is built on-site, just like a traditional home.

What You’ll Do

As our Online Sales Consultant, you will often be the first real person our prospective customers meet. You will connect with new prospects, understand their goals, determine whether Florida Made may be the right solution, and schedule In-Home Consultations for our New Home Sales Consultants with sales-qualified leads.

• Respond promptly to new phone, email, website, and online leads.
• Conduct structured Discovery Calls to understand each prospect’s needs, property, timing, budget, funding path, and alignment with our ADU fit criteria.
• Help prospects understand our homes, process, pricing, available solutions, and appropriate next steps.
• Match qualified prospects with the home and design experience that may best meet their needs.
• Schedule and confirm qualified In-Home Consultations with our New Home Sales Consultants.
• Prepare customers for successful appointments by setting clear expectations and gathering the necessary information in advance.
• Consistently follow up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to schedule.
• Maintain accurate customer records, next steps, and follow-up dates in our CRM.
• Support lead-nurture campaigns and share insights about prospect questions, objections, behavior, and lead quality.
• Track and report lead activity, appointment-setting results, and conversion ratios.

What You Can Earn : 

• Base Salary : $40,000.00
• Appointment Bonus: $50.00 per appointment set and completed by the customer and Outside Sales Consultant 
• Sale Bonus: $250.00 per closed sale that an appointment you closed was completed and converted into a sale by our Outside Sales Consultant.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in new home sales, real estate, construction, inside sales, appointment-setting, or lead conversion is preferred. We are also interested in candidates whose transferable experience demonstrates persuasive phone communication, disciplined follow-up, CRM management, and accountability for measurable results.

Our homes often have a longer sales cycle. Zoning requirements, site-specific considerations, and the custom nature of our projects may add time to the sales process, and we’re actively shortening the parts we control.
