Payroll Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Cleveland, OH Pay Range: $38-$45/hr Duration: 3months (potential to extend) What's the Job? Prepare and process payroll for team members Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations Work closely with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll data Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner Provide exceptional support to staff regarding payroll inquiries What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations preferred Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's in it for me?
