Warehouse Associate I

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. This is a highly physical position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations through packaging refurbishment, assembly, inventory tracking, facility upkeep, and administrative support. Your efforts will help ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

 

What You'll Do

Packaging Operations

• Inspect, clean, and refurbish reusable packaging materials for redeployment
• Assemble packaging according to operational specifications and customer requirements
• Perform quality inspections to identify damaged or unusable materials
• Report packaging issues requiring replacement or disposal

 

Warehouse & Facility Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Organize workstations, staging areas, and warehouse spaces
• Support daily warehouse activities and material movement

 

Inventory & Administrative Tasks

• Update packaging inventory records within internal systems
• Enter and maintain accurate data related to packaging status and availability
• Upload, organize, and maintain digital documentation
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready

 

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in required training and safety meetings
• Maintain compliance with warehouse operational requirements

 

Physical Requirements

• This is a VERY physical role.

 

Candidates must be able to:

• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment throughout the entire shift

 

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a daily basis
• Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

 

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing experience
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with inventory tracking tools
• Knowledge of reusable packaging programs or sustainable logistics operations
