Salary: Up to $75,000
A well-established, high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in Woodbridge, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and leading high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs.
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
- Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
