Marketing Account Manager

A leader in the advertising services industry is hiring a Marketing Account Manager in the Baltimore-Washington region for a full-time, direct hire position, hybrid. Base salary with discretionary annual bonus tied to performance and company results. Ongoing skill development in CRM strategy, campaign execution, and client leadership. 2-7 years of hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Slate, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar tools. Strong working knowledge of email workflows, automation, and dynamic content. Demonstrated job stability with thoughtful career progression. Comfortable working in a hybrid role with consistent in-office presence. Own end-to-end deployment of enrollment marketing campaigns across email, SMS, print, web, and digital channels. Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM-driven campaigns with precision. Manage complex data sets including imports, segmentation, and quality control. Present performance results and insights during regular client calls. Serve as both a technical and strategic partner responsible for campaign outcomes.
