Front Office Operations Manager for a 4 Star Hotel

VALiNTRY is seeking a highly experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager for a four-star hotel to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional service that aligns with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage daily operations, develop team members, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Location: Houston, TX The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including the Front Desk and Guest Services teams Ensure all guest interactions meet or exceed Hilton brand standards and service expectations Recruit, train, coach, and motivate front office staff to maintain high performance and professionalism Manage team scheduling, review payroll, and control departmental labor costs Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests to deliver personalized service Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to support hotel operations Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback, implementing improvements when necessary Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Front Office management experience in a full-service or four-star hotel environment Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Strong commitment to customer service with excellent attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr VALiNTRY Services
