Java Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in Enterprise Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-level systems and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Role description Job Title: Solutions Architect Designation: Solutions Architect Location: Mph- Client Site, Charlotte NC Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that support the organization’s strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs. Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that align with the enterprise architecture strategy. Design scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs while adhering to industry standards. Conduct architectural assessments and provide guidance on best practices for implementation. Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive. Support the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with architectural goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and technical teams. Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. Experience with cloud architecture and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Solid understanding of integration patterns and technologies. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Preferred Skills Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in data architecture and management. Knowledge of security architecture principles and practices. Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI) tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related disciplines are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
