Job Summary Provides dishwashing, pot washing and general cleaning services for kitchen facilities. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Loads, unloads and operates dishwashing and silver burnishing equipment. Washes pots and other cooking utensils. Carefully handles and loads china and glassware according to correct procedures to minimize breakage. Transports dishes, silver, glassware and other utensils and accessories. Keeps immediate work area clean. What You Will Need High School graduate or equivalent preferred No previous experience necessary Ability to follow directions in English or Spanish Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs. Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours Mobility and dexterity to load, unload and transport dishes Ability to push/pull heavy carts and racks up to 50 pounds Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination Ability to hear and use visual inspection Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
