Your key responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to relay MLR's exciting opportunities and gauge their interest.
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruitment experts for thorough assessments.
• Proactively follow up with leads to maintain their interest and guide them along the hiring pathway.
• Ensure that you diligently maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Earn commission based on successful meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires made stemming from your leads.

Compensation structure:
