Litigation Attorney

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution and wants hands‑on litigation experience in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. About the Role The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable managing a litigation docket while working closely with attorneys, clients, and support staff. Candidates should have experience handling matters through various stages of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Experience in construction law and/or insurance defense is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from initial client contact through final resolution Draft and argue motions Conduct and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Develop case strategy and work directly with clients Handle discovery, legal research, and document preparation Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented environment Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience Experience serving as first or second chair in trial proceedings preferred Proven experience with motion practice, depositions, and case management Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively Construction law and/or insurance defense experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Why Consider This Opportunity?
