Business Development Specialist - Marketing and Sales

Job Description We at All Dry of Central Ohio are looking for a motivated person to spread the word about our exciting brand! We can provide 40 hours a week with a highly competitive pay structure (salary & commission). Resources will be provided for you to market in a predetermined area to create the relationships needed to drive business. In short, you get to meet people and get paid for it! All with the goal to make sure All Dry Services is the name people think of when disaster strikes. Qualifications We are looking for the right attitudes! Responsibilities Manage Social Media Accounts Attend Networking Events and Conferences Educate and Increase brand awareness Meet with and develop relationships with referring partners (Insurance Agencies, Property Managers & Developers, General Contractors, Plumbers, Hotels, etc) Report marketing items given out Manage route via software provided Take calls from lead sources Report the lead to dispatch or book call Other duties as assigned by the General Manager Review incoming leads / jobs Complete commission report Log Field Visits Review day/week with General Manager This position has a pay range from $65,000 - $175,000+ depending on YOU!
