IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support Ryder's Technology Strategy & Business Management organization. This individual will lead multiple concurrent enterprise technology initiatives while partnering closely with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, architecture, applications, integration, service management, and data teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented project leader who can effectively manage project execution, financials, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced enterprise environment.\n•\tManage multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery.\n•\tBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.\n•\tCoordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, architecture, application delivery, service management, product management, integration, and data organizations.\n•\tFacilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders.\n•\tManage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking, including CapEx and OpEx considerations.\n•\tProvide regular executive-level communications, project updates, and leadership presentations.\n•\tIdentify and proactively mitigate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.\n•\tCreate and maintain project documentation, technical artifacts, business requirements, and process documentation as needed.\n•\tEnsure successful project delivery while aligning with Ryder's project management standards and Agile transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• \tExperience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, or trucking organizations.\n•\tDeep experience with ServiceNow or Workday \n•\tTechnical background (former developer, engineer, or technical lead).\n•\tPMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.\n•\tAdvanced experience with Azure DevOps.

Job Description
• \t5-10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager within a large enterprise environment. Specific experience leading M&A Projects + Integration experience \n•\tProven experience leading enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, service management, and product management teams.\n•\tStrong executive communication and stakeholder management experience, including leadership reporting.\n•\tExperience with resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for technology initiatives.\n•\tStrong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n•\tExperience using project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n•\tStrong documentation skills, including project artifacts, business requirements, and executive presentations.\n•\tExperience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.\n•\tExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter who operates independently and drives projects forward with minimal oversight.
