IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP-ACP.\n\t• Business Analysis: Ability to assist in functional gap analysis and requirement gathering.\n\t• Proven experience managing projects involving .NET Core and MVC architectures.\n\t• Experience moving a team from manual to automated deployment processes is a significant plus.\n\t• Experience managing complex integrations with third-party SaaS or legacy databases (Oracle).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Agile Facilitation: Lead all Scrum meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for the ePlan development team.\n\t• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps (backlogs, sprints, user stories, tasks, reporting) and comfort working with project tracking/document systems such as SharePoint (or equivalent).\n\t• Execution & Delivery: Manage the full SDLC of .NET Core and MVC applications, ensuring sprints are completed on time and blockers are removed.\n\t• Integration Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for technical integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., ProjectDox) and internal enterprise projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud Fusion).\n\t• QA & Deployment Oversight: Coordinate the testing lifecycle and manage current manual deployment processes. Collaborate with QA resources to ensure software stability before production releases.\n\t• Reporting: Provide transparent metrics on team velocity, sprint progress, and project health to IT leadership.\n\t• BRD Intake and governance: Manage the BRD intake, facilitate BRD review/design sessions, and drive questions/clarifications to closure with stakeholders and the delivery team.\n\t• Sprint administration in Azure DevOps: Maintain sprint cadence, ensure work is correctly assigned to sprints, and confirm user stories and tasks meet Definition of Ready/Done standards.\n\t• Project tracking and reporting: Maintain delivery status across Azure DevOps (sprints/stories) and Asana (project-level tracking) and ensure artifacts are stored in SharePoint according to established folder standards.\n\t• Change management (CAB): Coordinate change submissions for the CAB, obtain approvals, and align deployments with the deployment calendar and release schedule.\n\t• Release communications & notes: Produce and distribute release notes and deployment communications to stakeholders before and after deployments; ensure updates are posted and tracked in the release repository/tracker.\n\t• Proven ability to manage frequently changing requirements, and control scope creep while maintaining stakeholder alignment and sprint predictability.

Job Description

· Experience: 5–7 years of progressive IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years specifically acting as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.\n\t· Experience working on software or application development projects. \n\t· Strong understanding of the SDLC. (Software development lifecycle)\n\t· Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for sprint management and tracking. (preferably Azure DevOps)\n\t· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\t· Deployment Knowledge: Understanding of deployment pipelines\nSoft Skills: Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communication, and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Excellent team player with strong learning agility.
