Key Responsibilities Conduct initial client assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand their mental health status and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals and necessities of each client. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies. Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for clients. Deliver timely crisis intervention services as required, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and current trends in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse population of adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. By catering to a broad range of mental health needs, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and make a significant impact on clients' lives. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients. A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a non-judgmental approach to therapy. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload effectively. No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record. Preferred Experience Previous experience in outpatient settings, delivering therapy to diverse adult populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in virtual care.
