Summary This position is located at: Multiple locations - Fort Irwin, California. Fort Irwin FMWR locations offer gaming, sports, food, and a relaxed hangout space for Soldiers. This job is open to U.S. Citizens, Nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Duties Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. Monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Must be willing to work rotating shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
