Job Overview A law firm seeks an Of Counsel or Associate Attorney with two to seven years of experience to join the Healthcare and Insurance Division in Minneapolis, MN. Engage in regulatory and transactional work with health information technology companies. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm or related regulatory agency. Experience in healthcare or insurance law is essential. Active license in Minnesota or eligibility to waive into practice. Exceptional academic performance. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active legal license in Minnesota or ability to obtain one.
