Manufacturing Repair Technician - 100% Onsite

What you’ll do: Build, repair, troubleshoot, and test electro‑mechanic assemblies including cables and PCBs. Fabricate and test custom cable and wire harness assemblies, including cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and labeling conductors; use hand and pneumatic crimp tools, insertion/extraction tools, and digital multimeters (DMMs) to verify continuity, insulation resistance, and proper wiring per schematics and work instructions. Build, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair and integrate system modules, subsystems, air vehicles, and ground control station (GCS) systems. Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of product and test equipment. Assist with pilot builds of new products and document procedural and fixturing requirements for manufacturing application. Review and complete business and required documentation, including technical work instructions, check lists, and quality documentation. Perform minor cosmetic touch‑up work including painting and surface repairs of carbon and metal structures. Assist and/or perform engine testing including acceptance test procedures, fuel consumption measurement, limited troubleshooting, and repair of field equipment. Education & Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, repair, and/or technician role. Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bingen, WA. Use and maintain hand and/or power tools. In‑Office Requirement: This role requires hands‑on work on our products and collaboration with on‑site teams, and will need to work onsite full‑time in Bingen, WA. Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Benefits & Compensation: Typical Hiring Range: $19.90 – $27.39 per hour.
