Details Labor & Delivery unit with 12 beds Patient ratio of 2:1 Circulates C-sections Unit staffed with one tech per shift and one unit secretary on day shift Documentation via Meditech Floating required as needed 13-week assignment on a 7P-7A schedule 4 weekend shifts required per month No call requirements Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required (temporary license not accepted) Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required Charge experience required and must be willing to work charge Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Fetal Monitoring) certifications required RNC certification preferred Meditech experience preferred No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required Additional Information Facility provides scrubs Nails must be clean and healthy Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; facial hair must be clean and neatly trimmed Body art should be covered whenever possible Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-745643.
