Chief Investment Officer

We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the firm's investment strategy and portfolio construction as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to firm leadership, the CIO will oversee investment philosophy, asset allocation, portfolio management, manager selection, and investment research across public and private markets. This executive will serve as the firm's senior investment spokesperson with advisors, RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth clients while helping build and mentor the investment team. Key Responsibilities Own the firm's investment philosophy, asset allocation framework, and model portfolios. Lead manager, fund, and security selection across public and private markets. Oversee risk management, investment policy, portfolio rebalancing, and performance evaluation. Drive continuous improvement of investment processes and reporting. Team Management Build and lead the investment team, including research and portfolio professionals. Establish research standards, investment committee governance, and decision-making processes. Support advisor education and investment expertise across the organization. Client & Business Development Serve as the lead investment representative for RIAs, advisors, and high-net-worth clients. Present investment strategies and market insights to clients and prospects. Support growth initiatives and outsourced CIO relationships. Strengthen the firm's reputation as a trusted investment partner. Thought Leadership Produce market commentary and investment insights. Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and media engagements. Enhance the firm's visibility and credibility within the wealth management industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; CFA, MBA, MS Finance, or similar advanced credential preferred. 10+ years of investment management, asset allocation, or portfolio strategy experience. Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private markets. Demonstrated investment judgment and portfolio management expertise. Excellent communication and presentation skills with advisors and sophisticated investors. Series 65 or 66 license (or ability to obtain). #J-18808-Ljbffr
