Position Overview

The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) is responsible for leading the firm’s overall investment strategy , overseeing portfolio construction, and managing investment teams to maximize risk-adjusted returns.

This role involves collaboration with senior leadership, portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and investor relations to align investment strategy with organizational goals and fiduciary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the firm’s investment strategy across asset classes and funds

• Oversee portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk management frameworks

• Lead due diligence and approval of new investments, acquisitions, or capital commitments

• Monitor portfolio performance, including returns, risk exposure, and compliance with investment mandates

• Collaborate with investment teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including limited partners, co-investors, and strategic partners

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred

• Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and investment frameworks

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Proven track record of managing investment teams and delivering portfolio performance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
