AI Coding Agent Specialist for Remote Collaboration

Help train next-generation AI coding agents by contributing expert, real-world examples, technical walkthroughs, and structured assessments. In this contractor role you will document how AI coding tools support complex software development tasks, explain decision making during feature work or debugging, and provide actionable feedback that improves agent behavior and usefulness.

• Provide detailed technical examples of using AI coding agents, such as Copilot, in real development workflows.
• Describe nuanced use cases where AI agents aided large codebase navigation, debugging difficult issues, or enabled architectural changes.
• Deliver end-to-end walkthroughs of feature development or ambiguous problem solving that show tools used, tradeoffs considered, and how AI agents influenced outcomes.
• Submit structured feedback and assessments on specific AI coding agent features, including suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders using clear, professional written and verbal communication.

• Required skills: experience with AI coding agents (for example, Copilot), software development, debugging, technical documentation, written and verbal communication, remote collaboration, large codebase navigation, and problem-solving.
• Preferred: current STEM professional actively using AI coding agents as part of daily technical work.
• Proven ability to apply AI agents to sophisticated programming challenges, such as large codebase navigation, debugging, or architectural refactoring.
• Experience producing detailed technical documentation or feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Comfort working asynchronously across distributed teams.
• No prior formal experience in AI is required; domain expertise and practical use of AI coding tools are what matter.
