Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description
Communication Tasks- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct person.
- Take clear messages and answer basic questions via phone or email.
- Greet clients, guests, and vendors warmly when they arrive.
- Sort, open, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, update calendars, and book meeting rooms .
- File paperwork, make photocopies, and handle data entry.
- Keep the front lobby and reception area clean and tidy.
- Monitor office safety by tracking visitor sign-in logs and issuing ID badges
