State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing. Account Associate

for Danny Humphreys - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
