Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a skilled Pharmacist in Charge to support retail pharmacy operations. This role requires a flexible schedule within an 8-week assignment, starting as soon as possible. The pharmacy technician support will be provided on-site to assist with daily workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff effectively, fostering a productive work environment
• Utilize QS1 pharmacy system for accurate dispensing, inventory control, and record-keeping
• Ensure excellent patient service and medication safety
• Maintain proper documentation and handle administrative duties related to pharmacy management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy system
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Pharmacist license in good standing

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts as required within the duration of the contract
