Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity calls for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to manage pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent patient care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to deliver quality service
• Manage inventory, including ordering and control of pharmaceuticals
• Utilize the QS1 system to process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols within the pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a pharmacy setting is highly preferred
• Licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing
• Proficiency with the QS1 pharmacy system
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly with variable shift schedules as needed
