General Laborer – Heavy Lifting & Production

Maple Plain, MN 55359

$20–$23/hour , depending on experience

1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime Available

We're Hiring Hard-Working General Laborers

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who aren't afraid of physically demanding work. If you have experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouses, landscaping, demolition, moving, concrete, farming, or other labor-intensive jobs, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a hands-on position in a metal fabrication shop where you'll assist with production, material handling, grinding, painting, and assembly.

Responsibilities

Heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
Grinding and preparing metal materials
Painting metal parts and components
General assembly and production work
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Following safety procedures

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Metal fabrication
Grinding or sanding
Industrial painting
Construction or manufacturing
Assembly work
Reading a tape measure and using hand and power tools
