General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-paced production team. Candidates may work at the front of the line assembling boxes for canisters, inserting canisters into boxes, and labeling them. Alternatively, candidates could be stationed at the filling station, where they will fill tanks by clamping a hose and initiating the process, which automatically shuts off when completed. At the end of the line, candidates will prepare products for shipment by kitting them with the correct hoses and fittings, printing labels, sealing boxes, and palletizing products. All roles require standing throughout the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Position rotation is expected.
Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and insert canisters.
• Label and move boxes along the production line.
• Fill tanks at the filling station.
• Prepare products for shipment with accurate kitting and labeling.
• Palletize products and use a vacuum lift with provided training.
• Ensure effective communication and follow written work instructions.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.

Work Environment
The work environment is a small team setting, fostering a friendly and close-knit atmosphere with 15 team members. Work hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the position involves rotating through various roles within the production line.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
