FASTer WAY Human Resources Manager JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT: Human Resources REPORTS TO: CFO LOCATION: Clearwater, FL EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt START DATE: Immediate ABOUT FASTER WAY FASTer Way is a fast-growing health and wellness company helping thousands of clients build sustainable fitness habits. We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to build and lead people operations as we scale. POSITION SUMMARY The HR Manager will own the full employee lifecycle - recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance - for a team of approximately 50 employees. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with leadership, finance, and department managers to build scalable HR processes and foster a strong company culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding for new hires Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, PTO) and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions Own HR compliance - ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) Develop and maintain employee handbook, policies, and procedures Lead performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and improvement plans Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, org structure, and compensation decisions Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports on headcount, turnover, and other people metrics Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs Oversee payroll coordination in partnership with Finance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR management or generalist leadership role Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion Experience supporting both corporate and field/contractor-based teams Experience with Gusto is a plus WHAT WE OFFER COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION Competitive salary and performance-based bonus COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH Health, dental, and vision insurance RETIREMENT SUPPORT 401(k) with company match FLEXIBLE TIME OFF Flexible PTO FASTer Way is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
