• In-person, field-based work with visits to assigned properties

Job Summary

The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts to ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and operational success. This role manages client relationships, coordinates with production teams, and supports account performance through communication, inspections, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and property walk-throughs
• Proactively inspect properties, identify issues, and recommend solutions within client needs and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality, scheduling, and contract compliance
• Ensure properties consistently meet appearance, quality, and service expectations
• Support contract renewals, enhancements, and property measurements as needed
• Work with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation
• Represent Berman professionally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in landscaping or property services
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of landscape operations and service delivery standards
• Computer proficiency and ability to use business software and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be insurable
• CPO license preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
